TRY DEMOS


DEMO options are available (excluding, but not limited to: Handbags, Decor & Furniture, and Avatar Shapes). It is highly recommended to TRY ALL DEMOS before purchasing.

NO REFUNDS


Due to the nature of Second Life and all of our created products being No Transfer, there will be NO EXCHANGES or NO REFUNDS, unless it was due to a DOUBLE PURCHASE.

Double Purchase: a customer accidentally purchases the (same item, same color) twice. We do use a vending system that provides automatic refunds for double purchasing.

GIFTING OPTION


The ability to gift an item to someone (family, friend, etc.),

In-world Vendors: simply right-click ‘TOUCH’ the Vendor then a menu will appear, click the ‘GIFT’ option and enter the designated person’s Full SL Legacy Name with Resident (if Resident is their last name – no display names allowed).

Online Marketplace: simply use the ‘GIFT’ option on Marketplace and enter the designated person’s Full SL Legacy Name with Resident (if Resident is their last name – no display names allowed).

GIFT CARDS


Gift cards are another way to offer gift-giving to others. Simply find the ‘Gift Card Terminal’ usually at the store counter, right-click ‘PAY’ and select from the Pre-made amounts, or choose your Gift Card amount. (Minimum amount gift card value purchase is 100L).

A gift card of the preferred value will be created and you will receive a link in chat to view your gift cards. From there, the gift card may be redeemed for store credits or transferred to someone else.

If you need to get the link again, simply click on the ‘Gift Card Terminal’, then click on the ‘View Gift Card’ button.

You can also use the terminal to check your Gift Card and Store Credit Balance by clicking on the ‘Balance’ button.

To use the store credit, simply click on the desired vendor and then the ‘Use credit’ option.

REDELIVERY


If you purchased an item and didn’t receive it? There is a redelivery terminal located at the mainstore (usually, at the store counter or somewhere near there).

If you purchased an item on the Marketplace, then you would go to ‘My Marketplace’ drop-down menu, select ‘My Account’, select ‘Order History’, and search for the item you want to redeliver. From there select ‘Redeliver Item’ and you should receive it to your ‘Received Items’ folder in your inventory.

COUPON CODES


Charmerize products now offer Coupon Codes. When you stumble upon a Charm Blogger’s post, look for a Coupon Code that they’ll include in the details. Currently, these Coupon Codes provide you with a % discount on any product you plan to purchase in the store.

Here’s how it works:

  1. While in the Charmerize store, look for a Price Tag
  2. Click on the Price Tag first, a window will appear, and enter the Coupon Code or copy & paste. (Remember coupon codes are NOT Case Sensitive).
  3. You’ll have 10 minutes to purchase your item by paying the Normal Price
  4. You will be credited in the amount of the coupon discount and can save credits to purchase other items

If you’re a ‘Charmer’ Group Member (activate your tag):

  • Follow the same steps 1 & 2, as a regular customer
  • Instead, you would pay the designated ‘Group Price’ and will receive your Group Discount, then a Coupon Discount on your group price
  • You will be credited in the amount of the coupon discount and can save credits to purchase other items
